It has been CONFIRMED that a third Bridget Jones flick is in the works and close to getting into production. Working Title Films, the company behind the last two movies, is ready to forge ahead with the project, which must mean all the actors are in place and the script is up to their liking.

But just to refresh everyone's memory about the storyline, Colin Firth spilled some details awhile back that might not be to everyone's liking. Colin spilled:

“I can tell you that Bridget and Mark can’t have children, I think that’s the way it goes on. So then she makes the huge mistake of going back to Daniel Cleaver [Hugh Grant's character] for long enough to get pregnant. And I think he dumps her, and she’s left stranded, and guess who comes back to rescue her?”

Sounds a little ... recycled to us. Been there, done that. What next?

Still, the second movie was a disaster and everyone still went to see it. Guess we all just can't get enough of seeing Renee Zellweger put on 30 pounds. LOLz!

‘Jackass’ Star Ryan Dunn Dies In Car Crash!

What a tragedy, ‘Jackass’ star Ryan Dun was killed in a car crash early this morning. He was with an unidentified passenger who also died. According to Gossip Cop the crash involving the stuntman happened around 3 am in Pennsylvania. The site further states that police have revealed the Dunn’s Porsche was in flames when they arrived on the scene. A couple of hours before the accident the 34 year old Tweeted a picture of himself at a bar with some friends but that doesn’t necessarily mean that alcohol was involved so we will just have to wait until more info is given out before we will know exactly what happened. Ryan was best known for the stunts he pulled on not only the MTV show ‘Jackass’ but the spin-off series ‘Viva La Bam’ starring his pal Bam Margera. Things are getting reeeaaal for New York housewife Sonja Morgan.

The reality star is going through a tough time with her money woes, but looks like things have just made a turn for the worse.

Sonja is in danger of losing her $6 million Upper East Side town house while she and her ex-husband John Adams Morgan fight in court.

Sonja says, "I'm sure the world thinks, 'Sonja doesn't have to worry. She's got that husband there for her.' But I'm on my own."

Sonja's ex is a descendant of the famous J.P. Morgan and even former President John Adams, however, he's refusing to pay her a $3 million lump-sum divorce settlement with $300,000 in back alimony.

While Mr. Adams lives high on the hog on his private $19 million island off of Stamford, Connecticut, Sonja has been banned from selling or visiting her their properties in Colorado and France.

In just the past few months, Sonja has filed for bankruptcy and is currently battling it out over other legal issues involving a movie her production company was set to finance.

Poor Sonja. We're really rooting for you, girl. We don't want to see you lose your home. Chin up, kiddo.

Johnny Gill was recently sued by a record producer who claimed that the New Edition star damaged her reputation by writing on Twitter that she leaked one of his songs onto the internet!

However, he's claiming that this is bull shiz, because people shouldn't be allowed to sue over the social networking site!

He claims:

"The courtrooms would be filled with a bunch of Twitter people complaining about things people say every day...It's freedom of speech."

That's true - but if she didn't do it and you published that she did, then that's libel, Sir!

We suppose we'll see how the courts feel!

The Harry Potter Film Box Set Is On The Way

Now that the complete set of Harry Potter films have been released in theaters it is time to look toward the eventual DVD/Blueray release. As I mentioned earlier, David and I got to see the new off-Broadway production of Rent here in NYC and as a HUGE Renthead, I was excited and a bit worried about seeing the show. I’ve seen the show well over 30 times so it holds a place dear in my heart. I knew that there would have to be some changes made to the show but my hope was that the spirit and soul of the show would remain intact. Thankfully, yes, the numerous changes to the show did NOT change the emotional impact of the show. While I didn’t love every change, I did enjoy the show overall very much.

The first thing you’ll see that is changed in the show is the staging … the new Rent has an entirely new stage set. Instead of an open area where everything takes place at different levels, this new stage is much smaller (and cramped) with moving pieces that rearrange for different scenes. There is also the incorporation of video into the show … too much, if you ask me. This is the biggest change that I did not love. It’s hard to believe Mark is a starving, struggling artist when he’s carrying around a huge, expensive looking digital camera with a massive (and again, expensive) lens. During Maureen‘s Over the Moon performance, all of the jokes and laughter come from the video projections behind her … rather than from her over-the-top performance style. That said, I get why the video was introduced. They are trying to make a show set in the early 90′s look a bit more modern. There are a lot of costume changes — most prominently, Angel‘s two main costumes. At first, I bristled at the changes but in the end … you kinda have to let go and just enjoy the show for what it is. The actor who plays Angel is THE star of the show. While the other players are good, none of them really stood out for me … the Angel actor, tho, was fantastic. I quite enjoyed the show, even tho I didn’t fall madly in love with it … I guess I’m just too enamored of the original production. That said, I think diehard Rentheads will enjoy this new vision of the show … as I said, just let go of preconceived notions and enjoy it for what it is. David thinks this new production is better than the original (blasphemy, I know) so I’m thinking the new Rent might turn out to be a success.

This is very disturbing.

In a Minnesota school district repped by Michele Bachmann, there have been a total of NINE teenage suicides in two years. Awful.

According to reports, the teens who have killed themselves were largely gay or perceived as gay, or bullying victims.

Thus far, Bachmann has kept very quiet about the whole situation, probably because she doesn't approve of the gay lifestyle in the first place, and doesn't "promote tolerance for gays and lesbians in the classroom."

Currently, the Justice Department and the Department of Education's Office of Civil Rights are investigating schools in Bachmann's district over anti-gay bullying allegations.

We're glad to see that steps are being taken to stop this horrible trend in Michele Bachmann's school district. We can only hope that changes will be made ASAP, before we lose another teenager.

Last night Warner Bros. released a short preview clip from the upcoming sequel film Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows – Part 2 that featured the final showdown between Harry Potter and Lord Voldemort. Altho the clip is actually very short (too short for my liking), it is deffo worth seeing because it features new footage from the final Harry Potter film. Check out the clip below.

Despite the fact that this clip shows a very pivotal scene from the final Harry Potter film, due out in theaters in July, I am really bummed that the clip is so short … and dark … short and dark. That being said, I guess I really don’t want to see too much from the film … not just yet. The end is coming … faster than we would like … I suppose short clips like this only feed our desire to see more. What do y’all think of this new Harry Potter clip? You know, I’ve heard the song many times and yes, she does talk about exerting revenge on a man in the song but, again, the upbeat, sing/songiness of the track makes Man Down sound … happy? I dunno how to describe it. The video is interesting, it starts out with the shooting and then tells the story of what led up to the shooting. The alternating of pretty scenes with the violence is obviously intentional. I honestly don’t know if I like the video or not. After watching this video, I can’t help but think about the physical attack that Chris Brown unleashed on her a couple of years ago … that incident can’t not have been on her mind when she made this video. HMMM. What do you think of this video for Man Down?

Holy shizz … this film looks amazing. I know that fans of the original Swedish films may balk at a US version but, as I’ve said all along, David Fincher will do the films justice — I know it!
